The OCSL's Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) policy aligns with Environment Canada's AQHI guidelines and includes the following measures:

• AQHI 5–6 (Moderate Risk): Mandatory water and rest breaks are instituted approximately every quarter of the game to reduce exertion and exposure.
• AQHI 7 (Moderate to High Risk): If a team does not feel comfortable playing, the game will be postponed. A team manager must email the league at manager@ocslonline.ca to advise us they will not be playing
• AQHI 8 Higher (High to Very High Risk): Games are canceled and rescheduled to protect participants from adverse health effects.

If a decision is made to cancel games, teams will be notified by no later than 2:30PM on game day. Be sure to check the schedule before leaving your house. If the game is in the schedule = game on. If not = game has been postponed
