Looking for MC1/MC2 team

Hello, I’m looking for MC1 or MC2 team.
I’m an experienced player,and can play anywhere on the field but a solid CB or CDM. I used to play for Division1 in Vancouver Soccer League, and I moved to Ottawa. 
I'll definitely be able to play on Thursday or Weekend.
