37 YO Mid/Def/Right Comp but Out of touch

Looking for some lower/mid competitive teams, I can be tryhard or chill depending on the team. Played serious football/soccer back in the day but haven't touched a pitch in probably 10/12 years but I'm down for whatever, don't expect a lot early but later on i'll probably be solid/decent.
