Activate your Team

Why doesn't my username and password from last year work?

All data, including coaches and team managers' login details are deleted from the system at the end of the season. You must activate your team (create your account) every year.

How do I activate my team?

  • Go to the bottom of the 'Team Management' page (OCSL website under 'My Team')
  • Enter the activation code(your club should have provided you with this, if they haven't follow up w them)and select your club
  • Select your team and enter your information (phone number must be in format 613-555-5555)
  • Activate Account

I manage two or more teams. How do I create two separate accounts/logins?

You have two options:

  1. Use two different emails, or
  2. Use the same email, but create different passwords for each team

How do I update my team's uniform colour(s)?

  • Login to OCSL website
  • Select 'My Team'
  • Select 'Setup'
  • Select the Menu button (three horizontal lines)
  • Select 'Uniform' from the drop down menu
  • Update colours

How do I add players to my roster?

Before you get started, you will need your official Ontario Soccer Roster. The league does not have access to these. Your club representative(s) must provide you with this. There are two ways to do this:

1. Adding each player individually

      • Login to OCSL website
      • Select 'My Team'
      • Select 'Setup'
      • Select the Menu button (three horizontal lines)
      • Select 'Roster' from the drop down menu
      • Add player's name, registration number ('OS55555555') and DOB. Jersey numbers can be updated at any time during the season.
      • 'Save Player'. Rinse and repeat.
      • The players will not show on the game sheet until the league has approved them (see below)

      2. Import by CSV

        • Mimic this the format in this Import by CSV file
        • If you are having format/error issues importing your roster, try making this change: Excel sometimes saves a CSV file with a semicolon by default instead of commas as it should be
        • The players will not show on the game sheet until the league has approved them (see below)

        I've added all my players. Why are they saying 'League Approval Needed'?

        'League Approval Needed' next to a player's name means they haven't been approved. League staff must approve each player before they are eligible to play.

        How do I get my players approved on the OCSL website?

        Once you've added your players to the OCSL website, email the following to stats@ocslonline.ca :

        • A copy of your Ontario Soccer Roster (this can be in a PDF, Google Drive, etc.).
        • A note in the email along the lines of "please approve X team"
        • We will follow up within 48 hours to let you know if they've been approved, if there are any outstanding players, etc.
