August 1 Roster Freeze (all OCSL teams)
July 31st is the FINAL day to make changes to rosters. As of August 1st, rosters 'freeze' for the remainder of the season. This means new players can no longer be registered, nor can existing ones be transferred to a different team.
Changes must be made by your club in PowerUp (Ontario Soccer registration system) by no later than July 31. We have advised EOS, SO & SOSA to deny any players from being registered that are submitted from August 1 onward.
If your team needs to register any players, or transfer players to/from another team, we strongly encourage you to get the ball rolling by reaching out to your club representative(s) right away.
Reserve Team Callup Rule Changes (Regional & Competitive teams only)
As of August 1st, there is NO limit on the number of reserve team players that can be called up for each game.
Competitive Callup Limit (Regional & Competitive teams only)
Starting August 1, there is NO limit on the number of call ups teams can use for each game.
Keep in mind that non-reserve team players are still limited to being called up six (6) times per season. Non-reserve team players that are called up for a 7th game will be deemed ineligible (forfeit + fine). If you're not sure how many times one of your players have been called up do not hesitate to reach out to stats@ocslonline.ca
