Application Deadlines

• Men's & Women's Recreational Cup: July 13

Fees

Payment can be made by the club or team official, but a club official must approve the entry. Accepted payment methods can be found at the bottom of each application form.  Fees for this year's competitions: 

• Men's Competitive: $350.00
• Women's Competitive: $100.00
• Men's & Women's Recreational: $300.00

*All figures include HST

Schedule & Dates

Info regarding the schedule below.  DO NOT enter if playing at the dates/times outlined below is problematic for your group. 

The dates of each round for each competition can be found in the application form.  Games will be scheduled to kickoff on Sunday at anytime between 2:00-9:00pm, except for the following: 

• All Women's Competitive games: Friday evenings between 6:00-9:00pm
• Men's Competitive Final:  Sunday, July 19 @ 12:00pm (World Cup Final @ 3pm)

MC4 teams that have a cup and league game scheduled on the same day will automatically have their league game rescheduled.  No other teams will have their games automatically rescheduled.

Format

Men's Competitive 

All teams will play in the June 14 Group Stage (aka World Cup), except for the top four MP teams from 2025 who will receive a bye to the quarterfinals.  See II.6 of the Cup Rules for more information regarding the group stage format. 

The eight teams coming out of the group stage will be drawn and placed in the bracket at the June 21 Round of 16 at random. Single elimination from the Round of 16 onward.
