Why doesn't my username and password from last year work?
All data, including coaches and team managers' login details are deleted from the system at the end of the season. You must activate your team (create your account) every year.

How do I add players to my roster?
Before you get started, you will need your official Ontario Soccer Roster. The league does not have access to these. Your club representative(s) must provide you with this. There are two ways to do this:
1. Adding each player individually
2. Import by CSV

I've added all my players. Why are they saying 'League Approval Needed'?
'League Approval Needed' next to a player's name means they haven't been approved. League staff must approve each player before they are eligible to play.
